Come and enjoy an evening of great food prepared in the Mediterranean style of southren France. The recipes will use olive oil (not butter) and will depend heavily of wonderful. fresh ingredients.
In this hands on cooking class, students will make a hearty Mediterranean Three Fish Soup with fresh fish and shrimp. We'll also make Provencal classics like Salade Nicoise and Tarragon Lemon Bean Spread, and borrow a recipe from a northren neighbor to make clafoutis (cherry flan). There will be a glass of sparkling wine and plenty of food to share at the end of class so come hungry!
