This is another class in the Hasty Gourmet™ series of quickly prepared meals that still manage to impress.
In this hands on cooking class students will create a complete meal from appetizer to dessert using simple recipes requiring minimal cooking time and a limited number of ingredients.
Recipes will include: tapenade, curried squash soup, salmon baked in parchment, cheater's rice pilaf, and warm chocolate custard.
Also covers food processor techniques, seasoning with fresh herbs, and knife skills.
