Fresh produce brings a special excitement to cooking. This hands-on cooking class will combine those fresh vegetables with locally produced cheeses and meats for an evening of fabulous food.
Students will work in pairs to produce a complete meal from appetizer through dessert, with both vegetarian and meat entrees.
The menu will include Vermount cheeses; locally caught fresh fish; great salads; sautéed veggies; and a terrific fresh fruit tart. Taste locally produced wines and come hungry!
