International Seafood Specialties

This course will help you develop your confidence in creating your own seafood specialties with inspiration from America, Europe, and Asia, and will introduce you to a variety of cooking methods; ranging from poaching, baking, and sautéing.

On the first evening, we will focus on American recipes including Spiced Shrimp, Florida Crab Cakes with Fruit Salsa, and Crispy Baked Cod.

For the second class, we will travel to Europe and prepare and enjoy dishes such as Mussels Normandy, Mediterranean Fish Stew, and parchment baked fish with fresh herb.

We finish with Asian-inspired dishes including spicy Thai Fish Cakes, Japanese Seafood Nabe, and Chinese Wontons.

This will be a hands-on cooking class with everyone participating in creating the food that we will share at the end of the evening. A tempting array of flavors and textures from around the world awaits you.
