Join Dagmar for four classes of easy and quick meals featuring chicken and fish entrees.
In each of these hands-on cooking classes, students will prepare an entire meal from appetizers through dessert. The recipes will be simple, quick to prepare, and easy to repeat at home.
For the main course, there will be chicken cacciatore, chicken with peanut noodles, salmon done in smoker bags, and coconut monkfish stew. There will be lots of fresh vegetables for side dishes and desserts will include brownies and puff pastry fruit tarts.
