This low-key but hands-on cooking class will teach you how to bake muffins, make homemade soups, roast chicken, pan fry a steak, make pasta sauces, and much more.
Students will learn and practice good knife skills while preparing tasty food. Some of the many recipes we'll make are: hummus, baked salmon, oatmeal cookies, savory meat loaf, fruit salsa, garlic roast vegetables, cucumber salad, mushroom gravy, and English trifles.
